Hi, I’m Megan, the owner of Eco Shine Property Care and, most importantly, a proud mum to two amazing boys.

Creating Eco Shine Property Care wasn’t just about starting a cleaning business—it was about building something that truly reflects the way I’ve lived my entire life.

I was raised in a home where natural cleaning was simply the norm. My mum cleaned with vinegar, essential oils and other natural products long before they became popular. Growing up, I watched her choose healthier alternatives wherever possible, and those values have stayed with me ever since.

I’ve always been sensitive to strong chemical smells. Walking into a room filled with harsh cleaning products would often leave me feeling dizzy, sick or with a headache. As I got older, I began asking questions: What’s actually in these products? Why do they make some people feel unwell? What are we bringing into our homes everyday? 

The more I researched, the more I realised how many unnecessary chemicals we surround ourselves with—not only in cleaning products, but in everyday life. I knew there had to be a better way.

For me, nothing compares to walking into a home that’s been naturally cleaned. Fresh air flowing through open windows, the gentle scent of pure essential oils, sparkling surfaces, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing the products used are kinder to your family, your pets and the environment.

That’s why I created Eco Shine Property Care.

Every property is cleaned with the same care and attention I would give my own home. I believe a clean home shouldn’t come at the expense of your health or the planet. My goal is to create beautiful, fresh spaces using thoughtfully chosen eco-friendly products wherever possible, while delivering the high standard of cleaning every client deserves.

Whether I’m preparing a holiday home for arriving guests, caring for a family home or maintaining an investment property, I treat every space with honesty, respect and genuine pride.
